We hold special worship services during the year as we follow the church calendar.
Advent is a time of anticipation, and we observe the season during the four worship services leading up to Christmas, including the weekly lighting of the Advent Wreath.
Our festive Christmas Eve service takes place at 5:00 p.m., and includes special music featuring our choir, as well as time-honored Christmas hymns. Following the worship service, we host a fellowship event with cookies and hot chocolate on our brick plaza outside the front entrance of the church just prior to the ecumenical Christmas caroling event on God's Acre across the street from the church.
We begin the holy season of Lent with an Ash Wednesday service at 7:30 p.m., including the imposition of ashes.
During Holy Week, we observe Palm Sunday at our 10:00 a.m. worship service, and we hold evening services on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, both beginning at 7:30 p.m.
